01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

PPC & Paid Media.
A method behind the momentum.

01

Paid media works when the audience, offer, creative and destination support the same decision. A campaign cannot compensate indefinitely for an unclear proposition or a difficult enquiry process. YAMIA TECH develops PPC and paid media programs around the full journey, from the reason someone notices an advertisement to the quality of the conversation that follows. We connect campaign structure with landing pages and measurement so optimization reflects more than inexpensive clicks.

Our starting point is your commercial context: the customer you want, the product or service you sell, the economics behind a conversion and your ability to respond to demand. That context informs channel selection, testing priorities and budget assumptions. We can support paid search, paid social and coordinated acquisition campaigns within an agreed scope. The objective is a repeatable learning process with clear decisions, rather than a collection of campaigns that spend money without explaining what the business is learning.

01

Campaign reports do not match sales reality

A platform can report many leads while the sales team sees few relevant conversations. We inspect conversion definitions, form quality, duplicate events and lead feedback before scaling activity. The gap may involve tracking, targeting, offer language or follow-up. Treating those possibilities separately matters: a campaign cannot be evaluated fairly if a contact request and a qualified opportunity are reported as the same outcome. We help define a shared view of performance that both marketing and sales can use.

02

The creative attracts attention but loses intent

An advertisement may generate interest without setting the right expectation. We review the relationship between the message, audience and landing page. If the ad promises a specific solution but the page opens with a general company introduction, the journey asks the visitor to do unnecessary work. We develop a stronger message sequence and test meaningful alternatives, including the offer, proof, format and call to action. The focus is persuasion through clarity rather than novelty for its own sake.

03

Budget decisions rely on incomplete signals

Short-term changes can encourage reactive decisions, especially when conversions arrive slowly or across several sessions. We establish a measurement window, identify reliable signals and document the conditions for adjusting spend. Budget allocation considers business priorities and campaign maturity as well as observed results. When data is too limited to distinguish alternatives, we say so. A disciplined test can be more valuable than repeatedly redistributing budget in response to small fluctuations.

01

Acquisition strategy and channel roles

We begin with the problem a customer is trying to solve and how actively they are looking for an answer. Search can capture expressed intent; social creative can introduce a relevant problem or offer before a direct search takes place. The appropriate mix depends on demand, audience behavior, creative capacity and sales economics. We define the role of each channel so campaigns do not compete for credit without serving a shared commercial objective.

The plan records the offer, target audience, conversion action and assumptions behind the proposed investment. We consider whether a direct sales conversation, a product purchase, a trial or a useful intermediate step fits the decision. Budget is treated as a constraint to design around, not a reason to activate every platform at once. A focused initial program usually produces clearer learning than spreading limited resources across too many audiences and formats.

02

Paid search with a clear intent structure

Search campaign planning distinguishes between queries that indicate readiness to buy and those that indicate early research, comparison or an unrelated need. We structure campaigns and ad groups around meaningful intent and destination relevance. Keyword selection, exclusions, location settings where applicable and account configuration are reviewed against the agreed market. Ad messaging should reflect the actual offer and answer the question implied by the search rather than repeating generic claims about quality.

After launch, search terms and conversion quality inform refinement. Some queries deserve a different landing page; others should be excluded or explored through educational content instead of paid acquisition. We review how campaign settings influence reach and how automated features are being used. The aim is controlled discovery with understandable decisions. We do not assume that a low click cost indicates efficiency or that one bidding approach suits every account.

03

Paid social and a purposeful creative system

Paid social requires a stream of distinct, relevant ideas. We develop creative angles from customer motivations, common objections, product benefits and the situations in which the offer is useful. Formats are chosen to carry those ideas effectively: a demonstration, an explanation, a comparison or an approved customer story. Each creative brief identifies the audience, the key message, the supporting evidence and the next step. This makes production more focused and review more objective.

Creative testing distinguishes a genuinely new concept from a cosmetic variation. We can compare different problem framings, offers or demonstrations before refining details such as an opening line. Results are interpreted in context: an asset may attract inexpensive engagement while failing to produce qualified demand. The learning log records what the test was intended to answer and what the evidence actually supports. Successful ideas can then inform future production without copying the same execution indefinitely.

04

Landing pages that complete the promise

A landing page should continue the advertisement’s argument. We review the opening message, service explanation, relevant proof, practical details and action required. The page needs to answer the visitor’s likely questions before asking for commitment. Depending on the offer, that may include scope, suitability, implementation steps or a clear explanation of what happens after submitting a form. Calls to action should be easy to find without competing with every other element on the page.

Mobile interaction receives particular attention because small screens expose unnecessary friction quickly. Form fields should have a purpose, content should remain readable and important information should not depend on hover behavior. We can identify and prioritize improvements, with implementation included when agreed in scope. A landing-page recommendation is evaluated against the intended customer journey and available evidence, rather than a universal template presented as a guaranteed conversion formula.

05

Measurement and lead-quality feedback

We define conversion events before using them to optimize spend. That includes the difference between a button click, a successfully submitted enquiry, a qualified lead and a completed sale. Tracking review checks for duplicate events, broken journeys and inconsistent naming. Consent and platform requirements are considered within the agreed implementation. Where CRM integration is feasible, downstream outcomes can provide a more useful view than platform totals alone.

Attribution remains an imperfect model of customer behavior. People switch devices, return directly and interact with several channels before acting. We therefore review platform data alongside business records and explain differences rather than forcing every source to agree. Reporting should make the next decision clearer: which audience deserves more evidence, which creative needs revision and which offer is producing better opportunities. Measurement is a practical decision system, not merely a polished dashboard.

THE WORK, STEP BY STEP

A clear method.
A connected outcome.

Explore each stage to see the decisions, actions and outputs behind the service.

01

Define the commercial target

Discovery establishes the offer, audience, sales process and acceptable business outcomes. We ask about capacity, lead response, purchase value and the information available after conversion. These inputs create a realistic brief for the campaign. If essential data is missing, the first phase may focus on establishing measurement rather than immediately increasing spend. The agreed objective guides every subsequent choice of channel, creative and landing page.

04 / WHAT YOU TAKE FORWARD

Clear outputs.
Real ownership.

We confirm the final deliverables in your scope. The work is designed to leave your team with clarity, practical assets and a useful next step.

Plan your engagement
  1. A paid acquisition brief covering audience, offer, channel roles, assumptions and agreed commercial objectives.
  2. An account and measurement audit with prioritized corrections and launch-readiness requirements.
  3. A campaign structure with relevant targeting, intent groups, exclusions and destination mapping.
  4. Creative briefs and an agreed testing plan that distinguish strategic concepts from minor variations.
  5. Landing-page recommendations or scoped production aligned with the advertisement and conversion journey.
  6. Reporting and a learning log connecting spend, conversion quality, test findings and recommended next actions.

05 / IN PRACTICE

Built around
real business questions.

Illustrative applications show how the approach can adapt. The scope and priorities are tailored to your business.

01

A B2B company seeking qualified enquiries

Illustrative example: a software service receives many form submissions but few suitable prospects. We would inspect what the campaign promises, who it reaches and how the form qualifies interest. A revised landing page might explain the use case and implementation fit more clearly. CRM feedback could then distinguish relevant opportunities from general enquiries. The experiment would assess qualified demand and sales feedback, while recognizing that a longer buying cycle limits immediate revenue conclusions.

02

A store introducing a new product range

Illustrative example: an ecommerce brand wants to promote a new collection without assuming all products have the same audience. We would build distinct creative concepts around use, benefit and product detail, then connect each to an appropriate collection or product page. Measurement would account for product availability and order value. The aim would be to identify useful demand signals and shopping friction before broadening the campaign, with no implied guarantee of sales.

03

An established advertiser improving efficiency

Illustrative example: an account has accumulated overlapping campaigns and inconsistent conversion actions. We would begin with an audit and a documented baseline. Consolidation might help, but only after understanding the reasons for the existing structure. Tracking corrections and clearer intent grouping could make future decisions more reliable. The project would preserve important historical context and introduce changes in a controlled sequence so the team can understand their effects.

06 / WHAT WE PAY ATTENTION TO

Evidence for the
next decision.

Paid media evaluation combines delivery, behavior and commercial outcomes. Impressions and reach describe exposure; clicks and landing-page engagement describe interest; verified conversions and lead quality describe progress toward the business goal. Cost per qualified enquiry, customer acquisition cost or return on advertising spend may be useful when the underlying data supports them. None should be interpreted without considering attribution, margin, time lag and the quality of the conversion definition.

We do not promise a fixed return or manufacture a performance target without understanding your business. Instead, we define assumptions, test them and explain the evidence. Regular reviews should identify both opportunity and uncertainty. If you are ready to improve an existing account or launch a focused acquisition program, share the offer, current destination and commercial objective. We can shape a first phase that makes the next investment decision more informed.

07 / QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A closer look at
ppc & paid media.

Need an answer specific to your setup?

Ask the team
Which advertising platforms should we use?+

The appropriate platform depends on customer intent, audience behavior, creative resources and the nature of the offer. We recommend a mix after discovery rather than assuming every business needs every channel. A search-led service may have different requirements from a visual consumer product. Starting with a focused channel role can make measurement and learning clearer before the program expands.

Is advertising spend included in management fees?+

Media spend and management are separate parts of the engagement and should be clearly identified in the proposal. Production, landing-page development and specialist integrations also need an explicit scope. We define responsibilities and costs before launch so the operating budget is understandable. Account access and billing ownership should remain transparent throughout the relationship.

Can you work with our current ad accounts?+

Yes, subject to appropriate access and the agreed scope. Existing accounts often contain valuable history that helps explain previous results. We review their structure, tracking and assets before recommending changes. We do not assume that a new account is necessary or that all past work should be discarded. The audit identifies what to preserve, correct and test.

How much budget is needed to test?+

There is no useful universal minimum. The required budget depends on the channel, competition, conversion frequency and question being tested. A constrained budget may call for a narrower audience, fewer concepts or a simpler objective. We explain those trade-offs before launch. If the available resources cannot support a meaningful test, the plan should change rather than promising certainty from insufficient evidence.

Do you also create landing pages and advertisements?+

Creative strategy and landing-page recommendations can be included, with production defined in the agreed scope. We can also collaborate with an internal designer, writer or development team. Clear briefs specify the audience, message, evidence and action required. This keeps campaign and destination work connected and prevents production from becoming a separate exercise with different objectives.

How will we know whether the campaign is working?+

We agree the conversion definition and commercial objective before launch, then review reliable data alongside lead or sales feedback. Reports explain what happened and what action follows. A campaign with inexpensive clicks but poor lead quality requires a different response from one with strong enquiries and limited volume. Evaluation should reflect those differences rather than reducing performance to one attractive headline metric.
